Instructions: USE THE RED DOORS AT 51 Central Park West. Do NOT use the brown doors at 3 W 65th Street. These are not the main red doors of the church, but the smaller ones around the corner ON 65th st.

All rehearsals will take place at Holy Trinity Church.

Please arrive fifteen minutes early to check in and settle before we begin.

Keep your printed music and bring it to both upcoming rehearsals and the performance day on Saturday, November 15.

Attendance Requirement: To participate in the final performance, you must attend at least two (2) of the three rehearsals.

What to Bring to Rehearsal

• A water bottle
• A pencil for notes
• If you noted in the survey that you will read your music off of a personal e-device, please be sure to bring this personal device to each rehearsal as well as the show
• A black binder or folder if you are singing from a printed score
• Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for standing and singing

Saturday, November 15

Call time: 10:00 AM

Location: Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse

Concert Day Attire: The production's director would like the choir to blend in with the rest of the audience. We essentially want you to be dressed as if you are attending the concert as a guest, rather than a performer. So dress in your own personal style that is appropriate for live performances. We don't want the choir to look uniformed or like performers. Please plan to dress for rehearsal as you will dress for the performance. There will not be changing areas available other than the bathrooms, so we recommend wardrobe changes between rehearsal and performance be kept to a minimum.

Attendance for the entirety of the Choir’s call on November 15th is required to participate in the performance.

Please plan accordingly - meals and breaks will be scheduled throughout the day.

Meals: Lunch and dinner will be provided.

• If you are feeling unwell (including symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, congestion, or any signs of illness) please do NOT attend rehearsals or the performance.
  
• Hand sanitizer and masks will be available on site for anyone who wishes to use them.
  
• We ask everyone to practice good hygiene, such as frequent handwashing and covering coughs or sneezes, to help keep our community healthy.
